Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for an HR Associate - Learning and Development at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania.Summary:This position will primarily focus on employee and leadership development, from individual contributors to front-line management.This person is the global program leader for the Management Fundamentals Program for new front-line managers. As the program owner, this position works collaboratively with learning and development professionals in Europe and Asia to drive a global solution as appropriate and regionalize as needed. This person will facilitate this program for US employees.This person will consult and collaborate with business leaders, HR business partners and global learning and development professionals to identify competency and/or skill gaps and develop solutions to close those gaps in order to accomplish business results. This person will also provide individual and/or team based assessments and coaching, and conduct learning around change leadership.This person will be responsible for designing learning programs, using a mix of classroom and technology based solutions as well as partnering with external vendors to provide solutions as needed. This person will also support existing learning tools and resources and analyze metrics to measure the impact of programs.This position is also the global program owner for our Tuition Reimbursement Program.
