Further information is available at www.moodys.com The Role / Responsibilities:With minimal supervision, but frequent and regular reporting of results to your manager:Plan, organize, facilitate and participate in employee and customer training Manage the client relationship from end to end; from initial training request through delivery of training, and support any needs identified thereafter, or work with the necessary team to hand over the project as required to ensure all related assigned employee and client activities are addressed proactively Develop and deliver innovative training that improves employee and manager understanding of the WebEquity product including all product updates Incorporate the latest learning technologies modes of training delivery to maximize effectiveness (e.g., blend of instructor-led, electronic curriculum, stretch assignments, etc.) Lead the compilation and analysis of training and development data, providing reports and recommendations to the management team Drive process thinking and the use of metrics ensure learning initiatives are linked to business outcomes Administer the Learning Management System for client and internal employee training Travel up to 50% of the time. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or finance, or at least five years of technical/adult training equivalent. Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology, Instructional Design or Organizational Development is desirable. Experience in designing, developing and integrating a suite of professional training offerings across delivery channels (face-to-face conferences, online learning, webinars, etc.) for internal and external purposes; previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) highly desired. Must be highly collaborative, and able to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization to network, collaborate and influence to get things done. Must have exceptional time and project management skills and demonstrate organization, agility/adaptability to shift direction when needed to address emerging organization needs. High levels of resourcefulness, influence/organizational savvy, execution skills (strategy through implementation) as well as executive presence/impact are critical to the success of this individual. Strong facilitation skills and presence that establishes credibility, and instil confidence and respect. Self-starter who can anticipate and pre-empt problems and create an environment of continuous improvement. High competence with technical interface issues and computer technology. Ability to meet aggressive daily, weekly and monthly production and quality goals. MS Project experience highly preferred. Minitab experience preferred Knowledge of financial industry operational functions and lending practices highly preferred.
