The Role / Responsibilities:We are currently in immediate need of a highly organized, detail-oriented and hardworking individual who has exceptional communication skills to work as part of the Financial Planning and Analysis group, supporting the ERS MA Business Unit. Successful OAs are detail-oriented and outgoing, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. In addition, we are looking for candidates who are analytically driven, process and results oriented.• Support operational aspect of active ERS engagements.• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.• Ensure data quality in ChangePoint time tracking and project management system and SFDC contract management system• Responsible for the coordination of ERS project data across various systems (ChangePoint, SFDC, Concur, PeopleSoft).  Liaise with peer groups within ERS Services. Revenue Accounting, Billing, Sales Operations globally to ensure data integrity.• Assist ERS Project Managers with troubleshooting systems issues generating from CP and SFDC.• Work with ERS operations team on process improvements.Qualifications:• Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in finance, business administration, information systems, management or a related field.• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to prioritize, take initiative and meet deadlines under pressure.• Able to work both self directed as well as part of a team• Ability to work under tight and sometimes competing priorities.• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills• Experience working with proprietary reporting tools; ability to utilize systems functionality, extract data and manipulate to support reporting and planning processesThe MA Admin department supports the financial planning and reporting for all MA business lines.  Our team focuses on revenue and sales analysis for the ERS organization.MIS and MSS Candidates are asked to disclose securities holdings pursuant to Moody’s Policy for Securities Trading. Employment is contingent upon compliance with the Policy, including remediation of positions in those holdings as necessary.
