- Bachelor’s Degree, major in Environment Engineer, Technical, or Industrial Management;
- Have minimum 5 years experience relating HSE Jobs and minimum 2 years as trainer;
- Have minimum 3 years experience at Managerial position;
- Have knowledge about Labor Law, Fire Fighting Law and Environment Law;
- Fluent English speaking;
- Excellent training skill;
- Good communication with government department, teamwork skill;
- Proficiency in MS software (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Able to work effectively under high pressure;
- Able to go business far;

Our client is a FDI manufacturing company, now looking for HSE Manager position.
- Responsible for cost saving activity and monthly report to HQ;
- Manage activities of Small Group;
- Implement improvement idea, supervise energy efficiency;
- Execute and supervise plant safety activities and safety audit in plant;
- Inspect and report on Electricity safety every 06 months;
- Control and manage Fire Fighting System and safe equipment operation;
- Practice emergency response - First aid;
- Manage the environment project, Waste Water Treatment System and Waste and Hazardous Waste;
- Manage working environment: light, noise, dust,…
- Manage employees’ periodic health examination;
- Conduct training programs about Safety to new comers;
- Responsible for safety training courses at plant or training center outside to get certification.
