Thời gian làm việc: 08:00AM to 05:00PM

Mô tả công việc

- Make payment through bank: T/T oversea payment, L/C payment.
- To prepare claim request for sales contract, buying contract. Issue red invoice for sales contract. Contact with customers to recollect on time.
- To prepare monthly VAT reports to Tax office.
- To check the account arising operations
- To check the balance between accounting data detail and general information
- To check the ending balance is reasonable and compatibility with the detailed report.
- To account income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, debts, VAT , PIT, CIT and other professional
- To print accounting book
- To prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, annually and upon request
- To guide the accounting processing and accounting operations
- To participate and coordinate the inspection and inventory
- Statistics and general accounting data upon request
- Explanation of data and provide documents and data to the tax authorities, auditing, statistics
- To propose and recommend corrective measures to improve
- Store data in accordance with accounting
