- Having experience in construction.
- Must have demonstrated organizational skills, both with respect of methodic and thorough review of the work, and, organization of all drawings, specifications, reports and other documentation into both paper and files.
- Must be bilingual: English and Vietnamese.
- Computer skills: MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat.
- Being active, enthusiastic, responsible for work and intending to work for long time for the company is preferred.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Local resident is preferred. (Working at Thu Duc District, HCMC)

Mô tả công việc

Administration functions to assist the Site Managers, record observations in writing and report to the Construction Site Managers and Coordinator daily related to:
• Current conditions: relevant site conditions affecting the progress of the work.
• Manpower, Materials and Equipment on site: as required to maintain scheduled progress.
• Status of completion: compliance with the project schedule.
• Details of questions asked and answered; information requested and delivered; problems encountered and solved.
• Details of major conversations, meetings and other on-site events.
• Photographs of all work in progress: submitted daily and immediately where urgent.
• Other information relevant to the work activities as may be requested.
- Immediately report areas of non-compliance or issues which may impact the schedule, cost and quality of the constructed works.
- Coordinate the schedule for applicable inspections, start-up processes and hand-over; prepare, review and supplement punch lists of items requiring correction:
• As appropriate during the course of construction
• At the time of substantial completion of the work
• Upon final completion of the work
- Collect and deliver to Coordinator all submitals and record documents including requests for information, variation requests, variation orders, as-built documents, test reports, etc.
