Take HelpDesk first call for help. b. Triage and pass to the proper IT person, if it cannot be resolved in short order directly. c. Log requests for IT help into our ticketing system. d. Perform a variety of Tier 1 support functions as assigned and as his/her skills develop over time. e. Have excellent oral and written communication skills. f. Be very fluent and understandable in the English language. g. Reliable attendance for a regular work-shift.
