INTERIM IS HIRING HOME HEALTH AIDES NOW.Interim HealthCare is a full service Home Health Agency.  We are a national company but locally, we have offices in Erie and Meadville, PA. We have been in the business for over 40 years.  We take our jobs very seriously, but know how to have fun along the way.  We have the privilege to work as invited guests in our patient's homes to provide essential health care services for our patients 365 days of the year 24 hours of the day.  Our Aides work extremely hard and are very reliable.  If they commit to a schedule, they honor that commitment. Our patients can be sick, lonely, in pain and not able to do everything they used to do. They have good days and bad days. Our Aides understand that and treat each of their patients with incredible care and compassion…no matter what.  Our most dedicated Aides do not do this job just for the paycheck.  They probably could make more money doing something else, but they chose to be a Home Health Aide. They love what they do and enjoy making a difference in their patient's lives.  Our Aides have had steady work for years, some for a decade or more.  They have experienced regular pay increases and health benefit options.  They tell us that they like working here.This is not an easy job.  Please only apply if you are compassionate, reliable, have 6 months experience, have a clean criminal record, have reliable transportation, can pass a drug test and produce good employment references.  We need more devoted Aides now.  Sound like something you want to talk to us about?  If so, we look forward to talking with you.
