Excellent salary and benefits!!! Primary Duties: * Support and assist internal end user environment of at least 60-65 local users and 10-15 remote/off site users * Tier I & II level support of all IT hardware to include break-fix, configuration, installation * Asset management for all IT hardware to include desktop/laptop pcs, peripheral devices, network printers/MFPs, and VOIP desk phones * Create and manage email accounts through Google Mail - Outlook interface * Work with vendor support contacts to resolve advanced technical issues * Work with internal procurement to assess functional needs to define and purchase best equipment solutions * Train and orient end users on basic pc and/or application operation * Entry level knowledge of infrastructure support (Windows Server 2008, MS-SQL, AIX, UNIX/LINUX) * Entry level knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN (CISCO Routing, Switching, Firewall, WAPs) * Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and Internetworking Technology * Support all Microsoft, third party and internally designed applications * Ability to create and deploy desktop images from scratch * Coordinate and support all internal user moves * Provide detailed documentation and communicate precisely with team as required * Log calls in problem tracking system accurately and thoroughly with comprehensive detail * Prioritization of help desk work load and assigned project tasks * Review open problem tickets daily. Follow up with open incidents. * Identify/Complete problem and escalate to appropriate area(s) of responsibility as needed * Communicate with IT Support staff/management to discuss problem status, policies, procedures, and documentation. * Knowledge and experience with Antivirus, Spyware and Firewall applications * Knowledge of VOIP systems support (such as NEC, Cisco, Avaya, or ShoreTel) * Knowledge of warehouse management systems and RF Scanner support (*a plus) * Excellent written and verbal communication * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Strong problem solving and customer service skills * Certification Minimums: Comptia A+, Net+, MCP, MCDST/MTA * Not required but would be a PLUS: MCSA - WIN 7 For immediate consideration send resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
