This is for a toxic tort litigation settlement where the case clerk will be responsible for having the clients from the settlement sign release forms. Upon signing, these forms must also be notarized. Notary will be escorted by the Captain and Chief of Police to the homes of the settlement recipients. Case Clerk must already be an Illinois Notary and be able to prove it on first day of assignment.
