The ideal candidate will be willing/able to assist with data entry for patent applications along with other administrative functions including following up with inventors to obtain signatures on documents and updating inventor contact information. The ideal candidate will also have experience assisting attorneys in preparation and filing of domestic and foreign applications. In this role, the paralegal will work with a lot of different groups to complete the work needed: foreign teams, domestic teams, and outside law firms hired to work on patents.
