Mô tả công việc

To ensure all documentation are prepared and correspond to invoices, or other records
To review all documents and records details on imported/exported cargo and to revise
accordingly before it is allowed to be moved from ports of entry/exit which are compiled
by shipping.
To update and review all Sales contracts and Buyer P.Os in order to arrange required
documents for shipments; to review L/C and payments status of orders before the
shipments are effected.
To coordinate with concern Departments in the company to smoothly handle in-bound
and/or out-bound shipments.
To maintain records of receipts and dispatches
To undertake clerical work such as filing, accounting, updating customs records, shipping
docs, preparing correspondences, and inputting and retrieving information from computers.
To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to Manager

To communicate with local Customs and authorities organs on the export procedures,
regulations, visa/export licence and/or C/O for shipment documentations.
To coordinate with related Departments to handle
providing and commercial invoices preparation for export shipments.
To communicate closely with nominated forwarders on export shipments arrangement and
delivery orders.
