Mô tả công việc

• Coordinates the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services required by the company including making recommendations to users on type or availability and costs (considering cost/benefit effectiveness and efficiency).
• Assists departments by providing support, information, and/or making recommendations to users on type and availability and costs (considering cost/benefit effectiveness and efficiency) of equipment, supplies, and services.
• In charges with specifications, administering written or verbal contracts and quotations, negotiation, and seeking new sources of suppliers. Maintaining a centralized list that classifies according to supplies or services provided
• Prepares and maintains detailed records, reports, and purchasing documentation. Serves as a liaison for internal and external audits
• Performs other duties as assigned
