Implementing tasks assigned by the Manager of human resources department
• Assist the Human Resources Manager on recruiting, caring for privileges of the staff.
• Supervising general activities of department.
• Tracking, personnel documents, making labor sheet, payment sheet, annual leave, labor contract.
• Making official letters and decisions on personnel and labor.
• Preparing meeting room, making minutes (labor and personnel field)
• Making periodic personnel report, monthly, quarterly, annually according to regulation of the company and the labor office.
• Making health insurance and social insurance for staff and supervising all the files.
• Being in charge of staff’s labor contract
• Making procedures of registration for labor.
• Being in charge of the internal heath service.
• Co-ordinate the activities of various departments with that of Human Resources.
• To sit in at meetings when the Human Resources is not present.
• To perform any other duties that may be given by the Management.
