- University graduated, major in Mechanics or Electrical
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position
- Making report skill and presentation skill is must
- AUTOCAD skill
- TPM (Total Productive Management) skill
- Fluent in English skills is required
- Working experience in set up projects and factory is preferable
- Enthusiastic and willingness to work for long time
