OrthoCarolina is seeking an energetic, friendly Patient Service Specialist for our MRI department to be responsible for greeting patients, preparing forms, collecting insurance information, and verifying patient information in a timely and accurate manner. Our Patient Service Specialists provide superior customer service to our patients and guests. Additional duties may include scheduling or re-scheduling appointments, answering phones, overseeing patient waiting area and maintaining an appropriate patient flow. Position is PRN and will need to be flexible to work week days, weekends and evening hours to cover on a PRN basis. •*For Charlotte based positions: May be required to travel to other location as needed.
