OrthoCarolina's Mission is 'Excellence in Care and Service, One Patient at a Time' OrthoCarolina is seeking an energetic, friendly Patient Services Specialist to be responsible for greeting patients, preparing forms, collecting insurance information, and verifying patient information in a timely and accurate manner. This position is also responsible for cross-training in patient check-in and check-out. Our Patient Services Specialists provide superior customer service to our patients and guests.  Additional duties may include scheduling or re-scheduling appointments, answering phones, overseeing patient waiting area and maintaining an appropriate patient flow.   Position is PRN, working approximately 12 hours per week. Must be available during scheduled times for opening time at 6:45am and closing as late as 7pm.
