If so, continue reading as Field Support is seeking a Performance Team Specialist to join their team. The Performance Team Specialist is a member of Field Support where Financial Advisors (FAs) on the performance team develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes through classroom facilitation and/or over-the-phone coaching at various stages of their career. The Performance Team Specialist provides training and consultative support for Branch Teams in a leadership role within the region. These Branch Teams volunteer to help the firm’s FAs use the principles and practices our firm is built upon to establish long lasting relationships with their client. The Performance Team Specialist helps improve training delivery and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:The Performance Team Specialist is responsible for: Collaborating and building relationships via phone and face-to-face interaction with Field Leadership and key Home Office areas to influence Branch Team performance and retentionTeaching, facilitating and providing consultative support of Field Leadership using a tailored approach Providing responsive service to the branch teams directing to appropriate areas, strategizing training and support while balancing and prioritizing day-to-day responsibilitiesUsing a team-teaching approach along with facilitation and discussion-based training methods§ Reinforcing Home Office training provided by Home Office ATLs and communicating field developments back to Home Office ATL training groupRepresent the team on department, division and firm-wide initiativesActing as project manager for team and/or department initiatives, leading others to improve procedures, systems and training materials in order to improve FA health and retention
