This is a start-up SaaS/Cloud company that provides custom applications to each of their customers. They are in heavy growth mode and are currently building out their QA team. This will be a high visibility role that offers a great opportunity for someone to grow within!The core office hours are 9-6 but occasionally there may be times when team members are needed to work additional hours. This company has a heavy deadline driven environment which can require the team to put in extra hours as needed, this could be after hours at home or even on the weekend if necessary. All applicants need to be okay with this.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:2-3 year's experience Manual testing through the entire SDLCExperience testing software productsAgile Experience-Must have worked through the entire SDLC testing in an AGILE environmentAdvanced experience creating test cases and test scripts from scratch from business requirementsDynamic and Proactive Mentality-Someone who has the mindset to work in a start-up environment and balance multiple projects at one time.Qualities Looking For:Someone who is a self-starter, versus waiting and then taking directionAbility to multi-task in a start-up environmentAdaptable to multiple environments since working closely with customersGreat documentation skills, excellent communication, and entrepreneurial mindsetConfidence and ability to push back when neededDaily Responsibilities:Based upon the life cycle of projects, this individual will be assigned to a specific project working on a team of 3-4, which could include QA, Engineering, and Business 80-90% of the projects will be customer basedDay will be broken down into working on projects and testing the environment.
