 DescriptionGrowing and very reputable Equipment Manufacturing operation in Sherwood seeks a skilled 3D Design Drafter to join its growing engineering team.  Qualified candidates should have at least 1-2 years of Design Drafting experience within a manufacturing environment.   Ideal candidates will have proficiency with Autodesk Inventor.   Excellent benefits and solid growth potential. Essential Responsibilities: Work with Bills of Materials, engineering change control, product design and prototyping processes Create professional plans and specifications for parts and/or assemblies for product lines or custom applications Assist in the development of new or improved products Make revisions and corrections to existing drawings when requested and as needed Maintain integrity of drawings and drawing system Interact with Production Engineers and Manufacturing Personnel to optimize Design for Manufacture Participates in continuous improvement efforts Transfer drawings from AutoCAD to Inventor Work collaboratively with Engineering and R&D staff in new product development and testing
