Mechanical Engineer The Company: Our privately-held client has been a leader in their industry for over 100 years.  They are recognized for their leadership role in improving the global environment.   Location: metro Chicago, IL area The desired Mechanical Engineer will: Be responsible for generating new product designs at the component and sub-assembly level. Ensure designs meet rigorous reliability constraints. Generate prototype parts and sub-assemblies working with internal and external suppliers and the sourcing team. Develop appropriate test standards, fixtures, and evaluation criteria. Perform Finite Element Analyses, GD & T studies, and performance reviews. Prepare required documentation and presentations for design reviews.
