The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow and processes that support our traditional display and native channels.  This position is a cross functional role, engaging with multiple marketing channels and interacting with various senior managers to drive the success of our substantial online marketing channel.    Candidates must possess strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.  Applicants should have a strong interest in digital marketing. A desire to find efficiency in everyday processes and relentless attention to detail is a must.  The individual should thrive in an energetic, fun, and highly motivated team environment.     RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with online media buyers to develop/build various types of online ads and concepts Develop customized campaigns based on online targeting capabilities Monitor, analyze and track creative performance Ensure that all campaign tracking is implemented correctly, efficiently, deadlines are met, and executions are flawless Ability to foresee potential obstacles well in advance of campaign launch dates and to problem solve in order to ensure all deadlines are met Collect spend data from publishers and reconcile for internal reporting and billing Organize and maintain the department’s electronic and physical files including marketing contracts, insertion orders, media kits, etc. Establish and report on creative metrics Maintain and update creative archives
