OPPORTUNITY: OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST This position requires an analytical, progressive, on-the-spot, critical thinker who can apply their analytical experience and education in a highly self-directed and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and hard-working, have a great attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment. Will be analyzing and be responsible for Business Analytics in our Operational Departments to drive improvements in key performance indicators as well as process improvements. The right person has proven experience in identifying positive and negative trends that are impacting the business. This position is for a detail-oriented, well-organized professional that is able to multi-task. In addition, this person should demonstrate an ability to draw business-impacting insights from complex sets of data. The Operation Business Analyst will have immediate ownership of deliverables, will roll up their sleeves to solve problems and will make an immediate impact on profits.   RESPONSIBILITIES Emphasis on call center and business operations analytics including identifying positive and negative trends, finding the appropriate solutions, and executing adjustments necessary to optimize ROI, improve KPI and create process efficiencies. Charts existing business processes in order to define current business activities for the development of procedures and models. Collaborate with operations, marketing and sales management colleagues to analyze operational goals and identify opportunities for improvement. Optimizing Conversions and Installations by managing Call Center Operations by process improvements, focusing on optimizing ROI and scalability. Identify, execute and evaluate multiple A/B test initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
