Copper and Brass Sales has locations all across North America and is part of ThyssenKrupp Materials NA   Copper and Brass Sales, is seeking to hire a Plate Saw Operator at our Atlanta, GA branch.  This position will accurately saw to size product to meet customer orders, assist warehouse and shipping personnel with various duties, and perform all duties as required in a safe and reliable manner. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Properly complete required paperwork Tag and record material for inventory purposes Verify material before and after completion of work Saw material per written instructions Record and track locations of completed work         Identify and segregate scrap material Weigh and record amount of completed material Set-up of machinery Inspect and schedule maintenance of saw blades     Ensure that work area is kept clean Provide feedback to supervision regarding machine efficiency and product quality Perform equipment preventive maintenance
