AIM NationaLease is now accepting applications for its DIESEL MECHANIC APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM 2015 The Aim Apprenticeship Program is designed to prepare and train the next generation of Diesel Mechanics. The Aim Apprenticeship program is a paid 42-month program. EARN, LEARN & SUCCEED. You'll learn to diagnosis, repair and/or replace tractor components. As you progress in your program, you'll be expected to do preventative maintenance, inspections, tune-ups, welding and other various service shop duties when you aren't in the classroom. FULL-TIME position with an excellent FULL BENEFITS package. Assigned MENTOR and company-paid monthly TRAINING classes. Quarterly reviews and pay raises for passing ASE certifications and Apprentice exams. HOURLY PAY + $16,000 in TOOLS assigned to you for the program.
