- Good command of English and MS. Office. Good command of Russian is preferable.

- Able to work independently or in group under high pressure.
- An independent, analytical and organized person
- Having experiences in airlines industry or freight forwarding is preferable

SALES EXECUTIVE
The Sales Executive will need to closely work with Sales Manager to establish monthly, quarterly and annual sales target and bring new customers to enlarge the company’s sales revenue.
- Explore customer’s queries with related staffs in the organization to meet customer’s demand.
- Maintenance businesses with current customers or related parties.
- Find customers, develop domestic and overseas partners.
- Meeting monthly, annual sales goals and targets.
- Seeking for new customers & handle shipment during routing
- Close follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more business
- Provide a professional service for each customer, solve upcoming problems and build a close relationship with each customer.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
-deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
-respond promptly to customer inquiries
-handle and resolve customer complaints
-obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
-provide pricing and delivery information
-process orders, forms, applications and requests
-assist sales.
