WHAM/WUHF-TV in Rochester, NY is seeking a Part-time Associate Producer/Assignment Desk Assistant.  This position is responsible to gather information, write stories for on-air and web, create graphics and produce newscasts as needed. They will also assist the assignment editor in researching stories, making phone calls to news sources, listen to police and fire scanners for breaking news, and assign news crews to story coverage as needed. They will also be responsible for posting stories to the station’s web site as well as social media pages.
