As a Human Resource and Payroll Specialist you will perform basic human resource duties including managing employee relations, labor relations, benefit administration including questions related to STD, LTD, FMLA and Workers Compensation. Human Resources and Payroll Specialists will conduct all recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees. This may include new-employee orientations; monitors career pathing program, post positions to career websites, screens resumes over the phone, and conduct in-person interviews. Additionally, Human Resource and Payroll Specialists will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation of timecards, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements for 400 or more employees.
