Project Leader of Client Technologies Specific Work Assignment – the Client Technologies Project Leader is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of TriHealth I.S. Client Technologies . Supervises and schedules Client Staff at 100 + assigned locations. Be front line for over 200 applications on over 6000 Desktops.  Support everything that touches a desktop.  Have strong project management skill for new product implementations.  Help develop group policy for servers.  Be able to understand and drive new technology initiatives for mobile devices i.e. Ipads, BYOD, Scanners, wireless etc.  Works to create and implement initiatives to continually assess and improve the I.S. Customer Service level  that is provided to all employees, patients, visitors, which includes Physicians and other Clinical staff to maintain and  improve quality and service levels.  Works with I.S. Security Manager to maintain and implement Client Technologies Best Practices for anti-virus, encryption, vulnerability scanning and patching on client side devices. Works with I.S. Network/Telecom and Server Managers to continue to create Hybrid positions that enable Client Technologies staff at remote sites to provide first level Server, Network and Telecom Support at those locations.  This position requires strong analytical, communication, and management skills. Solid project management skills. Must be capable of installing and maintaining multiple systems software at multiple locations. Must be knowledgeable concerning internals of system software and its hardware. Experience in planning,organizing, developing IT policies and best practice standards for Client Technologies. Strong knowledge of applicable practices and laws relating to data privacy and protection. Broad hands-on knowledge of client, server and network planning and other industry-standard techniques and practices.  EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years in a related field computer technology background with practical experience is also required.
