- Control overall management of the property on behalf of the developer
- Deliver a smooth operation for the users (residents, tenants, visitors) of the property
- Supervise, train and monitor all staff including customer service, technical, admin, leasing and outsourced suppliers (security, cleaning, system maintenance etc)
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for staff and suppliers on the property
- Plan and implement a prudent financial budget for the property
- Generate ideas and initiatives to increase income from all sources and reduce costs
- Proactively help the business to grow by building network of commercial and client relationships
- Foster positive relations between developer and building users (residents, tenants, visitors etc)
- Support other Asset Services projects and activities with your specialist skills, experience and teamwork
