Job is located in Thousand Palms, CA.RN Executive for Patient Care Analytics Patient Care Analytics (PCA) is a Research and Development Company with a primary focus on developing standards and practices to improve the quality of patient care outcomes.   Through the marriage of Patient Analytics Data and our Clinical Workforce Optimization Expertise, we have developed a new and innovative methodology of Clinical Labor Management based on Real-Time Patient Analytics.  This not only improves the quality of Patient Care Standards and Practices, but enhances Productivity and streamlines operations, while significantly reducing labor costs!     PCA is looking to hire a Forward Thinking RN to join our Executive Team.   This position will be instrumental in the structuring, design and implementation of process improvements within our organization and must (at minimum) possess the below qualifications:
