PeopleShare has an amazing opportunity for an experienced recruiter in our Center City location!    PeopleShare is looking for a talented and experienced recruiter to join our office in Philadelphia!  As a Recruiter you will interact with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Candidates on a daily basis. The successful Recruiter will work in full cycle recruitment including: recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and placing candidates in temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire positions.  You will be given the opportunity to work in a fun and dynamic environment as an integral part of the team!  Duties: Source candidates through creative strategies  Conduct in-person interview of candidate and determine to hire Develop relationships with clients, including coordinating interviews with candidates  Conduct reference calls on each eligible candidate Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processes Document and maintain all candidate and client information in system as appropriate Post recruitment ads as needed Attend job fairs and client tours with the Branch Manager Administer testing The environment is dynamic and fast paced.
