Make RO business report:
+ Collect and classify the reports from stores and other departments/functions
+ Understand and check the correct information of reports
Analyze and highlight the key business issue basing on RO’s priority
+ Prepare business presentation (power point)
+ Set the agenda and join in RO-DCM meetings to take notes of key topics & decisions
+ Coordinate/communicate between RO section, OPS Function and to other Function like OM/CM
+ Contact with local authority
- Secretarial and Administration
+ Type correspondence, reports, contracts, faxes of the HoRO.
Short translation English – Vietnamese – English (letters, reports etc).
+ Take phone messages when the HoRO is absent or in meeting
+ Maintain proper filing of all documents daily both in hard copies and scanned copies.
+ Meeting note skill
+ Hotel / Ticket / Visa booking when needed.
+ Other ad-hoc administrative duties when requested.
