Great base salary with commission and equity Home office based with all West locations considered Company headquarters Lisle, Illinois   You will be a proven Sales professional who consistently exceeds quotas and knows Corrections & law enforcement.   Metrasens is the world leading developer of patent-protected magnetic sensing and detection equipment used in security, healthcare and safety critical applications globally.  Our Cellsense® product range detects illegal contraband, most notably cell phones, in correctional facilities and other high-security establishments.   Your role: Grow western region sales - meeting and exceeding sales quotas Manage the sales plan for this multi-state territory Work closely with the Department of Corrections, County jails and other law enforcement and security Customers Build great relationships with customers Win repeat sales through proven success with the technology Provide hands-on training and assist Customers in search routines, often inside a facility Understand Customer needs and work with the service team to provide excellent post-sale support Follow up on leads from the Inside Sales team Give great demonstrations at Customer site and participate in exhibitions Follow a trusted process, building pipeline and forecast in SalesForce
