Registered Nurse (RN) Onsite Manager Interim HealthCare Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing, Continuing Care Retirement Community in the North West Suburbs of Chicago. In 2015, this unique retirement community was awarded "Caring Star of 2015" and "Best of Senior Living" by SeniorAdvisor.com We are looking to add an experienced RN Onsite Case manager. This is a unique role, managing a team of Certified Nursing Assistants and LPN's throughout the entire retirement facility. The RN Onsite Manager will Report into the Interim HealthCare Clinical Supervisor, this individual will oversee, support, and supervise the delivery of safe resident care by licensed staff to ensure compliance with nursing standard care. Scope of the Role: •Serve as a liaison between the community, patient's family, and appropriate Interim HealthCare staff employee. (Home Health Agency and Retirement Community) •Assume administrative: scheduling and submissions of Personal Care in the absence of the floor staff. •Verifies and finalizes the staffing schedule for skilled nursing staff and assist in managing overtime agency use. •Validates, Orders, receives and delivers all necessary medical supplies for the center.
