Our client is a FDIdistributor of technology products and services, now looking for a SalesDirector.
• Responsible for obtainingprofitable results above through the sales team by developing the team throughmotivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Manage the sales administrationfunction, operational performance reporting, and advising senior management onmaximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customerservice can flourish.
• Responsible for managing the salesteam, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls,meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence in thecountry.
• Assist Country Manager andMarketing team in the development of the annual marketing plan, specificallyadvising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based onhistorical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy andsales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and salespromotion program plans.
• Ensure that all salesrepresentative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of The Company;
• Responsible for the planning,support in recruitment, direction, organization and control of salesrepresentatives to accomplish specific objectives.
• Responsible for monitoring theperformance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communicationsinvolving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings;
• Comply with The Company's policy,reporting scheme to Country Manager on periodical basis as requested;
