Position:  Salesforce.com CRM Administrator Job in Cleveland, OHDirect Hire Job Modis is working with our manufacturing client to assist them in identifying a Salesforce.com CRM Administrator for a job in Cleveland, Ohio.  This is a direct hire job, providing complete support to the sales team for all aspects of this CRM including; working along with the outside consultant during the implementations, user support, report generation and overall Salesforce.com projects post implementation.  Responsibilities:• Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and administration of Salesforce.com in collaboration with outside consulting firm and internal customers.• The ideal candidate will have been a part of a sales / marketing team bringing an understanding of how Salesforce.com would be of value and will work with these teams to ensure Salesforce is properly configured to support their process.• Assist with solicitation, gathering and analysis of user input and requirements • Interface with technical managers, sales and customer service teams • Ensure that all required data is collected and entered into the system• Provide training and support to sales force and other users as needed• Create custom reports as required• Provide Salesforce.com administration tasks including: customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, custom applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and so on. Requirements:• Work with minimal supervision/self-starter• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience or similar CRM solutions • Salesforce.com integration experience, working with outside consulting firm• Experience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks  To be considered for the Salesforce.com CRM Administrator Job in Cleveland, OH please apply online at www.modis.com.
