We are a full-service engineering firm based out of South Florida providing architects, facility managers and owners the highest quality of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection solutions. We provide engineering services for the full life cycle of exciting building projects, from conceptual planning to completed construction, across a variety of engineering disciplines.What You Will Be DoingAs the Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager, you will provide electrical engineering and design for a variety of clients by developing and managing designs and construction documents, including electrical site lighting, site grounding, panel schedules and one-line diagrams. You will also undertake site surveys, field investigations, condition surveys and feasibility studies for proposed projects and prepare reports and coordinate with other disciplines including site civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, controls and architectural, to create and update drawings and main documentation. You will also proactively work on best practices, engineer guidelines, and internal procedures and maintain internal and external networks to be informed of new developments in the field. As the project manager, you will ensure that cost, customer service, quality, schedule and safety are incorporated into the design from commencement through completion and address questions and issues that arise during construction. Responsibilities also include managing multiple projects at one time by overseeing the personnel of other disciplines to complete tasks and successfully meet project deadlines, as well as coaching and developing less experienced staff.What You Need for this Position6-10 Years of experience and knowledge of: - Electrical Engineering Design - Project Management - Proven successful project history (Cost Customer Service, Quality and Schedule) - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (Proficiency is a plus) As well as a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline Experience with architectural projects is also a plus! ••You MUST be a licensed engineer in the State of Florida, in good standing and without past disciplinary actions, AND in possession of a current NCEES record.
