• Male;
• Bachelor’s Degree; graduating from University of Transportation, Technical, or Economical fields is preferred;
• Have at least 4-7 years of experience in the similar position;
• Having experience in manufacturing field is a great plus;
• Professional in import and export procedure, negotiating with carriers;
• Have in-depth knowledge in forwarding field;
• Good command of English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Have good ownership, leadership, explanation and communication skills;
• Well organized, self motivated and strong sense of urgency;
• Have ability to work in a team and work under pressure;

Mô tả công việc

Our client is a FDI manufacturing company, now looking for a Senior Logistics Staff position, based in Haiphong City.

• Coordinate and control the Receiving, Direct & Indirect Warehouses, Inbound and Outbound Transportation, Internal Material Flow, Shipping and Customer Clearance processes across the whole Supply Chain for business;
• Manage the relationship with service providers and transporters;
• Supervise and instruct on-site team;
• Check and supervise insurance for the purchasing material and delivery goods, directly negotiate and contact with insurance company related to the insurance claim and
• Arrange the documents for import tax refund;
• Update regularly the status of commodity;
• Making monthly report;
• Other relevant tasks will be discussed in details during the interview.
