The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for both the federal and state tax return preparation and associated l tax consulting which includes multinational and multistate C corporations. Additionally, assist in tax provision review and analysis, conduct online tax research, work closely with staff, senior management and partners on engagements, and develop professional and interpersonal skills to organize, analyze and communicate in a productive and efficient manner. Beyond gaining vast exposure to various types of clients, you will continuously enhance your professional development through our University which provides extensive technical training as well as soft skills training to help make you a successful, well-rounded professional. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and build extensive technical expertise Participate in client tax engagements, assisting both in effective management of the issues as well as the development and training of the staff. Perform tax research and planning Maintain and build relationships with client management to meet and deliver optimum service expectations Begin to grow business network and continue to develop our eminence within the Silicon Valley tax community
