MAIN REQUESTS OF EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge equal to Universities' or Colleges' alumni
• Excellent speaking and writing English
• 4 - 6 year in Hospitality, including at least 3-year in Travel Industry at positions relevant to Sales, Operators, Tourguides, and Team Leaders.
• Knowledge of Personel or HR courses is a privilege
• Good communication skills
• Good usage skills of Excel, Word, M.Office, PPT
• Knowledge of Travel Operation Softwares is a privilege
• Good knowledge on Indochina and Vietnam travel routes.

• Leading a group of 4-5 operators
• Managing routine tour operation and travel services
• Attending in operation of most important Tours
• Participating in supervising accountants' jobs
• In corporating with Product Manager in qualificating, negotiating with suppliers.
• Evaluating rates and tariffs of suppliers
• Handling sudden Tour matters
• Escorting inspection groups, FAM, MICE tours
• Attending in set-up of new activities of Threeland
• Attending in standardising company's activities since 2016.
