Scottrade, Inc. has a Senior Web Content Management Analyst position available in Saint Louis, MO. The main purpose of this position is to serve as a senior level product expert and strategist for the Adobe Experience Manager (CQ) Web Content Management (WCM) software and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools to meet marketing and business objectives. This role will work closely with Digital Marketing and IT leadership to provide strategic guidance for using these technologies to achieve business goals. Responsibilities: * Work closely with the WCM Supervisor and other Marketing and IT leadership to develop the strategic roadmap for implementing and supporting the WCM system as part of the larger digital ecosystem. * Solve marketing/business needs by working closely with the IT development team. * Serve as the primary business contact for providing assistance and guidance with any issues that arise with the WCM system. * Mentor other WCM specialists and analysts as the senior expert for WCM; this includes some assistance with documenting requirements, creating user guides, and training WCM Authors. * Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Expert level abilities administering Web Content Management (WCM) software. * Strong organizational and business/functional documentation skills. * Issue resolution and trouble shooting skills within a WCM environment. * Decision making and problem solving abilities specific to Web technologies. * Detail-orientated and strong analytical abilities. * Ability to mentor team members. * Ability to work and negotiate with all levels of individuals within the organization in a Web environment. * Demonstrated team facilitation and problem solving skills. * Ability to work in a team environment under tight deadlines with multiple, concurrent deliverables. * Knowledge of the financial services industry and online security is a plus. * Basic level proficiency with Dreamweaver, Adobe and Visio. * Intermediate level proficiency with JavaScript, J Query and CSS. * Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. * Flexibility to be available after normal business hours for site issues and deployment calls. * Foster company success through a professional appearance, being courteous to customers and all Scottrade associates and by having a positive attitude.
