Our client is a FDI company, now looking for Service Manager, based in Hanoi.
• Direct and manage workshop , warranty claims; ensuring to achieve targets;
• Supervise activities of After Sales staffs and training programs;
• Control pre delivery inspections, accessories sales and inventory;
• Report on the performance of workshop and spare parts;
• Update and manage equipment and tools;
• Ensure the workshop is always clean and presentable to customers
• Manage customer database, maintain customer satisfaction at highest level;
• Handle customer complains related to technical issues
• Other duties as assigned.
