RESPONSIBILITIES:Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce/Webporta experience. This role will be working on the enrollment center and working on modifications to the existing system. This role will also be working on enhancements on the web portal and making changes for salesforce.com.The requirements analyst will work with business partners to scope business solutions, gather business requirements, assist in the technical design, and work with developers to implement technical solution on various projects and support existing systems.For minor Projects/production support, up to highly complex projects: Effectively analyzes requirements in partnership with development, quality assurance (QA), and business partners. Create requirements documents that are effective to these areas Leads requirements analysis to ensure in-scope business needs and application and data changes are accurately identified and translated into requirements and integrity of existing applications is maintained Lead/assist in scoping and estimating exercises that result in proposals and approaches that provide options that meet strategic, technical, and variance standards Assists in creating software designs that align with strategic and architectural objectives Meet all commitments to deliver maintenance and production support Consistently delivers options when providing solutions, at minimum a fastest and a most robust Deliver projects on time, budget and agreed upon scope and qualityThe Requirements Analyst translates business and system needs into Solution Requirements for Designers, Developers and Testers to consume and uses Requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and management techniques for the purpose.
