Job Summary This position must interpret, execute and support CHI Supply Chain ERP model.  This position is the national representative supporting local MBO interests and processes.  They will be the primary communicator of the needs locally and an advocate of the integrated Supply Chain group.   This position is responsible for defining and maintaining files in the Lawson system that is associated to the local MBO  and Supply Chain.  This position also provides support for the Lawson Supply Chain Application.  This position participates in the testing of upgrades and patches, as well as conversions of, the Lawson Procurement Suite.  Duties and Responsibilities:  1. Supports CHI Connect Supply Chain business process by supporting  the Supply Chain Technology Analyst II (Regional Support) (25%). 2.  Works with local MBO Supply Chain Operations to implement product conversions.(15%) 3.  Provide Supply Chain internal Ad hoc reporting for the MBO (5%) 4.  Understand and assist in interpreting supply chain reports, also act as a resource to meet the goal. (5%) 5.  Maintains all third party systems that are managed by Supply Chain (e.g. Par EX, Pyxis, and Supply Scan). (10%) 6.  Provide training to the Supply Chain users (10%) 7.  Understand Lawson structure to provide support for initiatives that are related to the Integrated Supply Chain objectives (20%) 8.  Point of escalation for any unresolved concerns locally. (5%) 9.  Other duties as assigned (5%)
