The Web & Middleware Development team within Consumer Lending Technology is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to be located in our Sioux Falls, SD office.  The position will be responsible for to provide support, coordination and communication for complex technical issues and initiatives related to the web & middleware applications and infrastructure used by Wells Fargo Education Financial Services (EFS). Key responsibilities will include:• Act as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and processes and communicates with technology planners• Evaluates service level agreement  and operations level agreement criteria• Provides support  and coordination for migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations• Serves as change control liaison and monitors changes from other technology teams for potential impact• Updates/writes documentation and procedures and creates and/or provides related training• Troubleshoots network, hardware and software issues and coordinates resolution• Creates change or issue logs• Analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements• Assesses changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas and provides support for security plan reviews and updates• Creates, updates and tests the business continuation plan• Provides work direction and monitors work progress and adherence to technical process controls/standards• May provide subject matter expertise to less experienced analysts• Assist with SSL certificate management and patch management• Assist with on call support and coordinate coverage with offshore teams/resources as necessary
