•       Master’s degree and six months job experience working with children and adolescents; direct caregiver experience. •       BA degree (four years college) with one year full time equivalent job experience working in a group home, hospital, SED classroom, day treatment, or other equivalent setting; direct caregiver experience. •       Two years college (AA degree) and two years of job experience as described above; •       High school diploma with four years job experience as described above.         Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
