Trainee B2B Sales - Management Development Program - SFNigel Frank International, the Global Leaders in Microsoft Recruitment, is currently searching for highly ambitious and driven sales people to join our growing San Francisco team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. Trainees will join our structured & ongoing training program that will develop you into B2B Sales and Recruitment specialists that will work with clients across the United States and will give you the realistic first year earning potential of $70,000 - $120,000+. Trainees play a vital part in our growth plans and the success of our business. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and advising them on suitable candidate profiles and market trends • Building your own network of candidates from a variety of sources including advertising, job boards, professional networking sites and our internal database • Acting as a mediator in negotiating with your clients and candidates to secure a sale - the placement of your candidate! • Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle including finding candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to the job and overseeing the interview process • Ensuring the right candidate is put forward for the right role, thus ensuring our clients receive the quality service they expect from us • Achieving challenging sales targets, receiving incentives and bonuses, and having fun! Ideal candidates for this position will exhibit the following skills and attribute: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Drive and determination to work in a fast-paced sales environment • Ability to be coached and take constructive feedback • Be motivated by targets, monetary rewards and incentive opportunities Candidates with 1-5 years of B2B sales experience are preferred. However, no experience in B2B sales is required to join our team. Our award-winning training program will teach you everything you need to be successful at Nigel Frank International and includes interactive courses and coaching on B2B sales, the recruitment process and the specific technologies we recruit for. This training program is designed to have you up and working with your own clients and candidates as soon as possible. It is paid training and all trainees have the opportunity to start doing deals and earning commission throughout their trainee period. Compensation for this role is a Completive Base Salary + Uncapped, Monthly Commission. For all of our first year consultants this means the potential to earn $70,000-$120,000+, total compensation.
