We will provide the training, parts and shop tooling needed to complete high-quality repairs effectively. We utilize the latest maintenance software where you’ll be expected to track the work performed. In addition, our shop leadership team ranks among the best in the industry – many are former master technicians with years of Schneider shop experience. The Schneider maintenance team has an immediate need for an energetic, safety minded Sr. Tractor Technician to perform all tractor estimation, diagnosis, and corrections while following standard operating procedures (SOP’s).  As a member of our maintenance team, you will perform all major and minor repairs in a proficient manner including major wreck repair. You will complete routine rebuilds and replacements, makes best value and safety decisions to continue to operate, repair or replace, and then perform technical repairs and/or replacements. Lastly, you will use the American Trucking Association (ATA) system and other published and internet-based manuals and check sheets.  Begin your journey today.
