Research Center for Management and Sustainable Development (MSD) is a Vietnamese non-government organization under Vietnam Union of Science andTechnology Association, according to the decision number:216/QĐ-LHHon March 05, 2008. The mission of MSD is to create a strong and effective NGO and civil society sector to effectively respond and protect the needs of Vietnamese community.

Currently, MSD is running the program of “Empowering CSOs” focusing on (i) inspiring culture of transparency and accountability for CSOs”;(ii) organizing “Vietnam NGO Awards onTransparency and Accountability and Resource Mobilization” and (iii) empoweringand advocating for an enabling environment for CSO Development Effectiveness from 2015– 2017.

To support MSD team to achieve the best results, we are in need of a DE manager to support the organization to manage the relating part of the project, mobilize resources and do communication works for the working area and MSD in general.

Main responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Support executive director in coordinating and implementing MSD’s and DE
strategy (focusing on CSO-TAI1 strategy), ensure that they are appropriate and delivered;
- Management and operation: Coordinating the implementation of projects/programs relating to DE
working areas throghout project/program management cycle (design, develop plan, coordinating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation);
- Support resourcemobilization for MSD;
- Provide support in Action for CSO Development Alliance (CSA Vietnam) coordination.

Trung tâm Nghiên cứu quản lý và Phát triển bền 10000 vững (MSD) là một tổ chức khoa học- công nghệ trực thuộc Liên hiệp các Hội khoa học và Kỹ thuật Việt Nam, được thành lập theo Quyết định số 216/QĐ-LHH ngày 05 tháng 03 năm 2008.
Trung tâm có tư cách pháp nhân độc lập, hoạt động theo hình thức tự nguyện và tự quản, có con dấu và có tài khoản riêng tại Ngân hàng.
Lĩnh vực hoạt động của Trung tâm là nâng cao năng lực cho các tổ chức xã hội, phát triển cộng đồng, tham gia bảo vệ môi trường và hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp, kết nối nhà nước -doanh nghiệp với các tổ chức xã hội.
